pbkid6974 1 Posted May 20, 2014 Its not that I dislike the culture shock. Its just not what im used to and I need adjust. I don't want to be like I was in nj. I like it here so far and want to keep it the way it is or make it better for individual freedoms
HBecwithFn7 296 Posted May 20, 2014 Bingo. I moved down here knowing full well that it wasn't going to be NJ, and I fully accept that. Its going to take longer in line because people have conversations with the clerk. Nothing is going to be open Sunday morning because everyone is at church(or says they are....). To me, nothing is a culture shock, its all a welcome change. If you are really that worried about moving here cause of the culture or the yankee label....please stay north of the Mason Dixon. Mason Dixon Line? Heh Heh Heh... That's the MD/PA State border! Or most of it. It vectors eastward such that it splits the lower 1/3rd of NJ with the rest of it! Don't you know... the "new South" begins below I-10!!! :D
