njJoniGuy 2,133 Posted April 9, 2015 That top copy (to which you refer) is also ILLEGALLY the "Form of Register" of the newly acquired handgun. It comes OFF the seller's registration record (if the Seller is a PRNJ subject) and goes ON the buyer's registration record. That way, the day after Kristallnacht the authorities know exactly where to go to collect the handguns.
