Handgun permit application question for millville residents.

I have my FID and I currently have 2 handguns I woud like to purchase more. My question is does millville use the 20 dollar online background check system plus the 2 dollars per permit with only the permit money paid to millville? or do they still do the paper version at 18 dollars plus permits via money order. I called the records department at the PD and the lady was unsure. She attempted to ask someone but was told to come to the police department for the paperwork. I already have the required papers printed.

My last permits were in November last year. I did the paperwork as usual, Everyone is supposed to be electronic with ORI # but you know how things go.
