Bully 749 Posted July 29, 2019 Last year I took the season off as work and life were too busy. This year, it's gonna be different. I have not had time to practice as I should. So, I sold my compound and purchased a crossbow. I grabbed an Excalibur Micro335 off the used market. It should be here 7/29/19 according to tracking, but we'll see how that goes. I'll be using the Magnus Buzzcut broadheads and Lumenocks on the rig. I have access to some solid public land with a Dunkin Donuts within walking distance. I've taken a few deer there and am really hoping to increase the count this upcoming season. I may look to add some bolts to the rig. Does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions on bolts to grab? I'm considering the Beman Whiteout bolts as they, along with a lighted nock, should be really easy to spot the flight and find after the shot. But I'm not sold on anything particular at the moment. I'm gathering info right now. It's nice to be back and I'm looking forward to a solid season.
