Quick NJ technicality question. Say one has an Other AR that meets the legal requirements, along with a standard AR (16") that is NJ compliant. I have read that one cannot have the components to build an AWB weapon (or SBR) in their possession. Technically though, the above individual is in possession, as he can just switch the uppers and lowers, and would then have 2 non-compliant rifles.
Does the "possession of parts/components" only refer to those that are not already part of another complete weapon?
You go Mr. Colandro! We are behind you 100%! We are also behind Rush. God bless him and you! Lord, please free Rush Limbaugh from cancer so that he may continue to help us all in our common cause to end the madness and restore the great U.S. Constitution, common sense, and return the belief in our Lord Jesus Christ in our lives!
At this point in time...We all need God on our Side!
If a cop ran your DL it would come up a still valid, even though the physical document shows it's expired.
You cannot buy a gun using an expired DL as your government issued photo ID, but the NICS checks for those whose ID is automatically extended due to to Corona are going through.
