At Lake Island range blackpowder or magnums are not allowed.

The Standard of that period operated like the Mark 1 so the bolt does not stay open after the last shot. You have to use the safety to hold open. I have them along with later models.

I think you have to apply to the State Police for a change of address on your FID.

I have been buying there for years and have had great service when it counts. The young lady mentioned won National title a few years ago in a junior rifle team under the auspices of Lake Island gun club in Carteret.

The Guild in Rahway have good used guns with a year warranty. Most guns I bought there were used and no problems.

My Colt SAA 2nd generation 44 special 4 3/4 inch barrel.

The Mark1 has no bolt open. You have to use the safety. The twos and threes do hold open on the last shot but will not stay open if the mag is out of the gun.
