And neither are the Ruger 10/22 Charger or Kel-Tec PLR-16 on the list.

To whom were you addressing this? BadBul was asking about a long gun purchase. No FPID is needed to buy a handgun!!!!! The out of state seller can sell a NJ resident a handgun, but it must ship to a NJ dealer.

http://www.state.nj.us/lps/dcj/agguide/assltf.htm Nothing above applies if the firearm is not "substantially identical" to a named firearm on the list.
-
IMO, the GSG-5 pistol is LEGAL. Why? Because it is not on the named list, AND the NJAG Guideline addresses firearms that are on the LIST. In fact, the guideline mentions the list SEVEN times.

What makes a gun illegal in NJ?

Only the purchaser needs an FPID, even though the form has a spot for the seller. -
IMO, I say yes, as it is not like anything on the list. I know that a few dealers are selling them.

Mauser88, I hated that Super Blackhawk's trigger guard. It bit me every time I shot it. That is the soul reason I dumped it. I currently own only two revolvers now and have shot them at least 10 years ago. I like revolvers, but can't shoot them accurately. I prefer to shoot Glocks. Like revolvers, no safeties are the way to go.

Yeh. Bring an empty gun to church. What's the point. +1

Semi-Auto shotguns can not have a pistol grip.

They're on to your little game. Didn't you know that the womenz have a secret club where they discuss these things.

Thanks for the clarification! I'm new to the whole AR thing, and have yet to take apart a mag to examine the internals, but, if you do fold them back and they snap off, wouldn't that just allow the follower to move freely in the mag body, and then basically negate the "permanent" aspect of lancing? Or am I over thinking this? Yup. BUT, that would be modifying the magazine from its original design, hence, the manufacturer/supplier/seller is following the law. The purchaser/possessor/modifyer would be the one "breaking" it.

15 round Pmags coming to a store near you soon.

I remember on 8/21/2007 at 2:41:02 PM, Outdoor Marksman advertised Federal 9mm American Eagle #AE9DP for $5.99/box. On 8/22/2007 at 6:24:29 PM they were sold out of over 50,000 boxes.

FYI, it was not the pics or posts that initiated the invest. Nuf said.

Welcome from Camden County

I have the SA 15 round mags for the M1A for sale. If you buy them from SA, they come with a wooden block that can be removed. I tack welded the floorplate on to make it permanent.

You can send directly to his dealer. Get the first 3 and last 5 of his number and check the validity HERE. Keep in mind that you must send it overnight via UPS or FedEx, which may cost you more than if you used a dealer to send it.

I also have a new Sig556 with an ACE FX Stock for $1800. Minus the $90 NJGF discount and it is $1710. (A $200 savings with upgrade and discount.)
