As I understand it, C&R license is okay in NJ. All internet gun purchases must ship to FFL. C&R firearms can be bought FTF out-of-state without NICS. No NICS for C&R in state. Discounts available from wholesalers and retailers.

It's a PUMP. You can do anything you want to it. Put on a big ass flash hider, folding stock, bayonet or convert it to take a 15 round drum. Did I mention "It's a PUMP". ETA: As far as it not being designed to be fired from the shoulder, the NJSP doesn't care about that. I had a federally approved Mossberg 14" AOW and they considered it a shotgun.

Just to clarify what NJ LAW says or does not say, ammunition need not be in a separate case than the firearm. The firearm just can't be loaded. Even the airlines allow both in the same case. Although it is good practice to keep them separate just as tbtrout suggests.

Hello, Allow me to introduce myself. I am located in Blue Anchor, NJ. No, it is not near the shore. Blue Anchor is in east Camden County. Many from AR15.com know me as PK90 aka Arms-n-Ammo. I am a part-time kitchen table firearms dealer. I will be opening a full-time Gun Shop in the Spring of 2010. When I say full-time, I mean I will be retired from my M-F 8-4 job and will only sell guns when I feel like it. Hours will be flexible to suit my customer's (and my wife's) needs. Hopefully in the future, I will be back to producing 15 round AR and AK magazines. Look for gun specials in the Marketplace if the Mods will allow it, as I did not see any restrictions for dealers. Please don't bombard me with questions as I do not frequent this site, yet. Paul

It isn't. The "US Carbine" is not on the named list. Where the confusion is, is that "M1 Carbine Type" is on the list. If the bayonet lug is removed, the possession would be legal according to the NJAG Directive. You would probably would win in court, BUT, are you willing to be the test case?

I will sell mine for half that.
