Think of it as a cooler looking 10/22 or an alternative to a GSG5 I look at these types of rifles as a middle point between a drop in kit and a dedicated upper. Based on some of the prelim reviews I've read of this thing, it seems like a decent little plinker with the added benefit of being a decent AR training aid. And maybe I'm biased, but, S&W has been putting out some really good products the last few years, and I would hope that this rifle continues down that path. What I'd really like to know is if anyone will have 15 round mags for it

I don't know anything about reloading, and I've only seen the first one so far, but I already feel like I learned quite a bit! Nicely done! One quick note. I don't wanna be the "spelling nazi", but, since this is on youtube you're bound to get comments about it.. you're mixing up "there" and "they're" Gonna go watch video 2 now ETA: Just finished watching all of them. Again, I don't know anything about reloading, so can't speak to how accurate the information is, but it definitely seemed like a good primer on reloading to me. Really nice job, Lavid!

So, is LAPG good to go? I need to order a camelbak, and they seem to have the best prices on them... but never heard of them till a couple weeks ago and have been hesitant to place an order

All these positive reviews of the midway bag have me reconsidering my anti-range bag stance.. I may have to take the plunge just to see what all the fuss is about

Just think of it as a beauty mark I know everyone is a little different with their firearms, but I try to think of mine as tools, which means they're gonna get beat up and scratched. Hell, I banged the sh*t out of my new 590 the other day when I was changing out the stock. Didn't realize the thread on the stock screw was so short, and I was balancing the shotgun between my legs and the floor, and when the stock screw came loose much sooner than I expected the shotgun (minus stock) went flying and slammed into the cable box so hard the imagine on the tv froze for a second. Now I have a bunch of scratches on the right side of the receiver and the barrel, but I'm just ignoring them. But if it's buggin you that much, I'll be a good forum buddy and drive down to Manalapan and take it off your hands

Thanks for the info guys. I went with a mossberg because of the ambi safety, but part of me still wants an 870. I'll have to put some pennies aside and pick one up just for sh*ts and giggles one of these days.
