  1. The key word...intent on evil. In Africa millions are killed by machetes, car bombs, bombs, knives, etc, etc, etc. The problem is not guns or the type of guns. The problems is power and evil...that's it. However, in about a 100 year time period over 200 MILLION innocent people were slayed via genocide and corrupt warfare. If they had the means of defending themselves I am certain the casualties would not be be [even] close to what's listed. Confiscate all firearms, melt them all down and I guarantee even more innocent lives will be taken. I prefer dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery---Thomas Jefferson.
  2. So let me get this straight. You're okay with waiting 4-6 months without explanation and not doing anything about it? You're afraid of "pissing them off"? Why? Kind of like being afraid to "piss off" a bully...it makes no sense. The bully will continue to bully and it will get worse.
  3. I think this buys him time and cover... in hopes the election will distract from it and deal with it next year? Either way, this lard of Rino poop is anti 2A as they get. I thought he'd veto all but the .50 Cal and School safety bills....boy was I wrong. I'm convinced the D and the R are the same with the R giving us the illusion of choice to keep us with the illusion of "hope". It keeps us from "getting unruly".

  5. I blasted an email out to family, friends and fellow shooters....told them to pass it along. Too many states are falling, lets STOP this NOW! I suggest posting on FB, Twitter, emailing, etc, etc....
  6. I used this logic at a town hall meeting against the antis....you talk about "heads exploding". Wow, they acted as if they coined these phrases and were due royalties. --leaving families unarmed, why are you against my wife defending our children? -- If you're being stalked would you simply put a gun free zone sticker on your house and car? Then why are legislating children and parents to do so? Etc, etc, etc
  7. Next time you call, tell them you're confirming a FOOD takeout order...they'll listen....then tell them "The order is without S2723, hold the A3797 and remove the A3659."
  8. No, I think it's a great idea. First it's good to gather and RECORD how these stations don't really care about your rights. At some point, if the information is organized well enough, it may be admissible in the courts when different cases come up. Also, I took a quick look on the NJSP site regarding the forms and started thinking if VOTERS or anyone else had to go through this process there would be an out cry of RACISM! It's absurd the amount of forms, finger printing, home inspections, fees, time, etc in order to exercise a GUARANTEED Right! Anyway, I think any/all information you can get will help the cause. At least the courts will see (if it reaches SCOTUS) that FID cards take 4 months, handgun permits take 5 months and 99.9999% of CCW applicants are denied their right to defend themselves. It can't hurt...
  9. Retailers are starting to ask... the last few times I bought ammo I was asked for ID. I asked them "why" and she said "because it's ammo". I was ready to argue but I figured I'd do that if she scans my license or takes more information. She quickly looked and rung me up. I really should have called her out but most employees are stating it's the STORE'S policy.
  10. "Recently, several people waiting for a bus were struck and run over by a crazy man in a car........." Many people, several days after, had the audacity to drive to the site and pay their respects...in a car. Defending yourself is an actual RIGHT... a car is not. Something is wrong with the statement?????
  11. I wonder if Christie signed the 10 "not as bad bills" in hopes it would silently pass into law then when he VETOES (Hopefully) the 3-"bad bills" he'll look like a hero to keep his 2016 race alive. In this case he's playing the middle so he can tell the people of NJ he's tough on guns and the rest of the country he's a supporter of guns. Kind of a "look...I'm a reasonable kind of guy willing to work with everybody" BS.... However, I was completely wrong so far on these 13 bills and how'd he handle them....FWIW.
  12. As we know, NJ makes the laws vague enough for the LIBERAL judges and scum lawyers to (then) define what it means. Therefore it may take several years for the laws to have a clearer definition. That being said, the mental health check is the bill that concerned the most (terrorist watch list also concerns me). This bill can be abused in so many ways it's scary. From violating HIPPA laws, to home inspections, to massive delays in processing. It will all be justified in the name of safety and always referencing Newtown. If this bill is coupled in with the Sweeny bill it will be a nightmare. I don't we'll get clarity on this bill until a township gets sued, it goes to court and some liberal judge rules that what the township did was justified. Either way, once again law abiders get screwed.
  13. He's pandering and will "appear" to be a hero when he vetoes the last three...However, the damage has already been done. The mental health checks, terrorist watch, etc were worse...at least to me.
  14. This has me pondering quite often as I see a State trooper drive by me at 100 MPH while talking on his cell phone. By seeing cops chase bikers off the OC boardwalk then hop on their bikes weaving in and out of people on the boardwalk. Seeing Kathleen Kane ignoring the laws she swore to uphold and defend, seeing Politicians exempt from crappy Obamacare but we're forced to buy it! I could go on and on and sadly it's a win-win for BIG government. We do nothing they win, we push back---they win. I'm in deep prayer daily because I really don't see a peaceful way out of this mess. The people in power are doing whatever they please and the Republicans are creating a mirage of who they really are....Progressives. They are playing a game of good cop bad cop and making us believe we have a choice but in reality it's to give us hope to keep us tame. However, it's a farce or a game if you will...check mate...time to look for a move that's new to the game.
  15. Some more information posted/copied from PAFOA: The only one blocking access to the meeting was the mayor, because the meeting room was so small they wanted town residents first then media. There were people jammed around the entrance because they wanted to get in. More hysteria from the liberal media. http://youtu.be/98vuhzuU-hY Incidentally the guy Michael Morrill who was quoted in an article as follows- does he look frightened to anyone? He is the bald older guy with bug eyes. They also angrily confronted Michael Morrill of Keystone Progress, who delivered petition signatures from 20,000 Americans who want Kessler fired. In an email Morrill told me, "I have been organizing for four decades. I have faced Klansmen in Kentucky, Ustase in Bosnia and police indiscriminately beating demonstrators in Italy. [Wednesday] night in Gilberton was more frightening than any of those situations."
  16. A3717 - Requires submission of certain mental health records to NICS without an explicit, stated requirement of due process within the legislation itself. I don't know about how anyone feels about this, but unless I'm reading it wrong, this scares the heck out of me....I thought Hippa laws were to prevent this kind of stuff? This seems like a certain (real) infringement of rights that can lead to ANY mental "illness" (IE-conservatism) to keep you from getting a firearm. S2468 - Permits vehicle impoundment where felons or those engaged in serious criminal behavior are unlawfully in possession of firearms. If a person drops a few hollow points from the range in his car, he is now a criminal. Can his/her vehicle be impounded? How about leaving a BB gun in your car and you forgot about it....grounds for impediment? What is "serious" criminal behavior.... owning a gun? Transporting slightly outside of the already stringent rule of law?
  17. LOL... I guess I was wrong. I need to investigate this story deeper. I've seen this guy speak and talked with him briefly...he did NOT seem like a radical nut.
  18. So you're saying the smiling, peace loving...rational gun owner has won people over to full support of the 2A? No!!!!!!!! It's people like each one of us that have a passion for firearms. I've been to many, many rallies and yes, the smiling gun owner has not fit the narrative of the MSM and I've been harassed, threatened and "persecuted" along with other freedom loving patriots. I've listened to this guy speak at a few rallies and he's actually very articulate, rational and to the point. However, I feel his passion because I'm really fed up with these Marxists on both sides of the aisles lying, slandering and cursing us left and right. Heck, everytime I'm around my in laws I have to defend a God given (actual) written Right. It is getting frustrating... I spend a good portion of my time online defending freedom, writing Reps, going to Rallies, talking to people, etc, etc, etc...I have a job and family and it's getting very frustrating being called "hating, angry Krackers" all the time. Especially when I go to work, pay my taxes, take care of a family and abide by THE LAW...ALWAYS! Then I come up on these sites to be in agreement on ONE THING and time after time hear the "tin foil hat...crazy guy" comments. My goodness, no wonder we have a hard time convincing others when we don't always agree on one common thing....passionate gun ownership. If you can honestly say you think everything is fine and you're not feeling a little of his passion, then I don't know how to convince ALL gun owners on this single, eagreed upon issue.
  19. I've been wondering that for quite some time and have come to TWO conclusions: 1) Threats, blackmail and payoffs. 2) They want the same money and power (Big government) but are playing the "good cop/bad cop" game...However, they're still "cops". I think it's #2 and we are living with the illusion of choice and the illusion of "HOPE" so we won't grow restless and "out of control".. This way, if there is an "alternate" group to vote for, we'll keep calm and orderly. I honestly believe that is the scenario....
  20. The irony of this, is the shooter was an Obama voter...he voted for bigger government ...irony. Anyway, what he did was stupid but i can attest townships can and do push the tyranny button quite often. A lot of these people are pushing the envelope and I hate to say it, they only listen to power. However, this stupid act will make more laws, more restrictions and push us further into a corner. People are fed up with the government bullying, taxing and making our lives a living hell whenever we want to do something to OUR property. Keep pushing and we push back. Btw, it sounds as if this has been going on for 20 plus years of township bullying.
  21. Is that the one at the Calhoun ST bridge? If so, I live 5-6 minutes from there and never tried it and may have to...
