Tip's usually has a good amount of muzzleloading supplies including powders.

I just shot around 250 rds of the Remington Golden Bullets through a single action pistol and a semi-auto rifle today. Not one problem. I do clean after each range visit.

I have shot much older with no problem. To me, it would depend on the appearance of the shells.

I just picked the gun up today. It looks like it is going to be a lot of fun. According to the Ruger site it was made in 1967.

The gun does not have the transfer bar installed, I am aware of the safety recall from many years ago. Empty chamber under the hammer...

I have the opportunity to purchase a used Old Model (3 screw) .357 Magnum Blackhawk with 6 1/2" barrel for $175. The gun has holster wear in the bluing near the muzzle, but the barrel is very clean. Any opinions on whether this is a good deal or not?

I have sent guns to Glock and Kahr for warranty work and I shipped UPS overnight and the guns were delivered to my house after the work was completed.

The only time I got good deals there was when they had the huge estate sale. I was there recently and saw a lot of highly (over) priced guns. The guys behind the counter don't seem to have the authority to make deals on used guns like I have seen in other places.
