  2. It's funny cause it's true!
  3. I've got season tickets for the Giants, and we park across rte 120 under the video billboard by the new train station to tail gate. Every time I look across the road and I see that monstrosity I always wonder... How can a gay-American governor who "spearheaded" this construction settle on orange and brown as the colors? He must have been slumming it in an adult bookstore while they were picking the color schemes.
  4. Happy Birthday Matty! Please tell me you're not 40 like 15 of us in the last month!
  5. My condolences to you and your family. I went through the same thing with my collie/husky rescue mutt Mollie over Memorial Day weekend. Just remember that they're in a better place, and they're always with us.
  6. Congrats, and best of luck!
  7. Congrats! I think. Best of luck!
  8. Happy Birthday Lunker!
  9. The best and brightest serving the public! :naughty:
  10. Of course, your question is purely hypothetical, right? I mean, c'mon, you're not actually gonna do it, are you? Are you sure? Positive? Good Luck!
  11. I bought my wife's engagement diamond through Blue Nile, and had a jeweler make the actual ring. You can narrow your search for exactly what you're looking for by price, size, clarity, etc. I found exactly what I wanted, at a very good price. I've also bought other jewelry for the boss of the house. I've used them in the past, and would recommend them!
  12. That's funny, I've got like 25 actual pics of her wrapped in a flag. I'll scan them and send them along. Oh wait, the dog chewed them up 3 days ago. Sorry.
  13. Well done! Brings a tear to my eyes!
  14. Thanks everyone, I don't feel much older than 45! Ken, I'm glad your "other" avatar is back! BTW, where did you find that pic, I think it's awesome.
  15. Happy Birthday, I'm in your boat soon!
  16. This is the battle flag at the Battle of Gonzales, Texas. It was one of the first battles in the war for Texas independence from Mexico. It was common for towns to have a cannon in the area to defend themselves, and when the Mexican army went around to confiscate the cannons from those "uppity" Texans, the residents of Gonzales made this flag to "welcome" the soldiers. The battle followed soon after, which the Texans won, IIRC.
  17. HA! I just linked it on my facebook page, which interestingly enough I'm never on since I'm too busy going through this forum.
  18. Awesome! God Bless America!
