I guess they have to keep it fast paced and interesting. ok, Chris (and others who read the comics). it's in white below, highlight to read - so NO SPOILER for Ray you mean "The Governor"? I was thinking that even before he cut his hand off that he may end up as "The Governor". I can't wait to see Michonne. she's so bad a$$. but what about those twin boys? and the little girl that was Carl's friend that went all crazy? and what about that prison and Hershel's farm? I hope they don't change too much from the comic.

this last episode was kind of a let down. not much going on except for "character development" - many things are different from the comic that I'm not happy about. Glenn and I also noticed a funny firearm related "fail" when Shane was "cleaning" his shotgun, there was no brush or jag or pads or anything on that rod. and what was he doing with that brush? polishing the side of the barrel?

I for one, was so outraged I was "speechless" - I couldn't believe it. it's not like it was a Confederate flag - it was the flag of the United States - the country we live in... what's so "racist" about the land of freedom??? wtf

I'm not. I didn't even watch it last night, but I came on to see what people had to say. I've read most of the comic, so I know the basic plot line anyway. This thread was started to discuss the comic and the show.

really Ray? I mean, cool of you to fess up and stuff. but seriously, how is mentioning that there will be ARs & Aks featured later a spoiler? I didn't reveal any of the story line or possible plot twists. whatever, man. oh, and Rick is a Deputy, not a Sheriff.

I've got a soft spot for a double barrel side by side - all because of a Russian cartoon hunting dog. The Remmy is nice, but you already have a tacticool Remington. the Winchester looks "blah". my useless vote: get the Stoeger.

this isn't much of a spoiler, so I'll mention it: if things go according to the comic (and so far they more or less have) there will be more ARs and AKs to come. and what Echo said. while a shotgun with 00 buck would do a number on a living human, it would barely "pause" a zombie... unless you're managing nothing but head shots with slugs.

I'd stick that on my "gun stuff" folder, but no stickers go on my cars. especially gun related. although it'd look hilarious on the minivan with child seats in it.

I stopped having time for video games as soon as I had kids.... and then I got into guns. so now video games have little appeal to me. in fact, I have $30 in GameStop credit that I'm trying to sell off and buy more ammo instead. I only have a Wii. one day, I'll get me an Xbox 360 - I've wanted Halo 3 for some time now. my personal experiences aside, that game looks cool and the commercial is HILARIOUS! the little chubby guy firing the RPG, that some comedian, Jimmy...something... he was on "the Man Show", right?

the premiere was fun to watch with beer and company. when I got home, my lovely wife was like "you're not gonna do that every Sunday, right?" I had assumed that hulu would have it so I said, "of course not, I don't like Glenn that much" now... I dunno...

bummer. usually I don't mind not having cable - no time to watch TV anyway and there's always NetFlix, but this time - it SUCKS! well... hey Glenn - I guess I'll be gettin' some more brewskis and coming over to your place to watch...

WHAT!?!?!?!? how the hell am I gonna watch it?!?!? AAARGH! I'm NOT going over to Glenn's house every Sunday... (no offense Glenn) anyone know any other place online I can watch? I haven't bothered to look in the Hulu site yet, I was gonna check it out like Tuesday or so, they usually put out new stuff 24 hours after it aired on TV.
