EFGA members - Tell me more than the website does
Holeshot replied to Pizza Bob's topic in Ranges & Gun Shops
As far as the guest pass goes I would think you would be able to get the guest pass when you sign up. I renew mine every year so not sure about signing up at a vendor. You can contact Sarco 610-250-3960 and ask them as they sell memberships there. -

Bob, The Walmart I go to is :3722 Easton Nazareth Highway Easton, PA 18045 It is right off of rt 33 I believe the RT 248 Nazerath exit in a large shopping complex all the way in the back right corner. There is also a Dick's Sporting goods rt off 33 which is closer at :4423 Birkland Place Easton, PA 18045 It is also in a large shopping complex in the right rear corner. That is the Fremansburg Ave. Exit. -
FYI- If you do decide to purchase a non-complaint model and purchase a comp to replace the flash hider. The branson brake closely resembles the Colt A2 flash hider and is NJ legal. I purchased my brake from PK90, a forum vender here and I know he is capable of all compliance work on these rifles.

Once again here is the link to Colt NJ Legal AR's: http://www.coltsmfg.com/Catalog/ColtRifles/ColtMatchTarget.aspx Any of the others Here: http://www.coltsmfg.com/Catalog/ColtRifles/ColtCarbinesI.aspx & Here: http://www.coltsmfg.com/Catalog/ColtRifles/ColtCarbinesII.aspx will require the flash hider to be removed, and a comp pinned and welded, the bayo lug removed and the collapsible stock pinned in a fixed position. Contact one of the many forum FFL's for pricing on the rifle and pricing on the necessary work to make one NJ legal should you decide to pick one of those. You can use the "price request" option on this forum and it will automatically send out a request to all the forum vendors, if you know the model you want.

Its got a removable carry handle/flattop upper so more of an A3 designation in the civilian world.

I am a hunter and in our area neighbors don't post other neighbors property lines. They post the road frontage only. Many years ago a newb bought the field behind my fathers field and built a house on it. She feed the deer and put no hunting signs on OUR fence posts! I promptly tore them all down! As I said I am a hunter but I do respect others property. In John's case I fully understand if his son as the owner of the property doesn't want someone on it, whatever his reasons. I agree that the signs would probably not work and I would try to contact the people directly to let them know.

Lots of haters here. Let's get some more facts before we start to pass judgement on anyone or anything, and the SWAT comments, really? As far as the camo goes Hunterdon county still has many rural areas where that pattern would come in very handy if necessary. Haven't I read on here many times as an arguement "Better to have it and not need it, then to need it and not have it." I myself would love to have access to some of the firearms and equiptment these guys get to use and train with. The truth of the matter is I could never do their job or for that matter any first responders job. I just wouldn't want or enjoy the constant stress that law enforcement and first responders have to deal with on a daily basis. No one was killed or hurt in this incident, including the accused. To that I will comment a job well done.

I'm a new member at EFGA from 07083 NJ

Only if I am there. I collect an additonal $20/hr fee from unsuspecting NJ members. It helps to cover rising ammo costs. Of course I am just kidding. It's a great club and we are lucky to have it so close. It used to be even closer across from the old club house next to Chrins. It can get a little crowed on weekends but thats to be expected. Well worth the money IMHO. -
Here is a good start. http://www.coltsmfg.com/Catalog/ColtRifles/ColtMatchTarget.aspx

WTB .357 in Hunterdon or Bucks County
Holeshot replied to BHR's topic in Firearm Hobby / Sport Discussion
He has been very competitve when buying bulk ammo in 9MM and 45ACP. That said you can try Jim Flynn's Truck repair in Glen Gardner. He also has good deals on bulk ammo. Give him a call for pricing on bulk or smaller amounts of ammo. (908)537-6446. -
Yup, we just picked up our new matress and box spring from them as well, great prices. Sportsman rendezvous is about a 100 yards down 31 on the opposite side too if your in the area, as well as Jim Flynn's a little over 10 miles north in Glen Gardner.

Building them is a lot of fun, I almost like building them as much as shooting them, almost. Do yourself a favor and pay a visit to Paul at A-N-A. He has or can get anything you need from a complete rifle to building one.

Tactical Monkey hit the nail on the head. I am like everyone else, a lefty who has shot right handed guns his whole life. I purchased a leftie stag from PK90 for the reasons you were thinking about. After only having shot right handed AR's I can tell you I hated it and sold the upper after a short time. As was said stick with the advise in lucky post #13 and you will be good to go.

Middlesex Gun Surrender Program. Pic incl

Since the firearms are to be dropped off at a church this particular program appears to have the backing of "God" so federal ,state, and local laws do not apply. -
