Who is going? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- On July 9th match will be held as usual at the South Jersey Shooting Club. The match is also a fundraiser to raise money for insurance to enable us to continue to provide our monthly shoots. There will be a raffle with an extensive prize table. Prizes include a family membership at South Jersey Shooting Club valued at $350, a three month Karate class with uniform at Karate Unlimited valued at $250, and many other prizes. We will have Hot Dogs and drinks available, so come hungry. It's getting hot, and our range is hotter yet, so come prepared. Registration is at 0830 with safety briefing and hammer down at 0900. For those who are new to IDPA we do a new shooter briefing before the shoot and a demonstration of each stage. When you come up to the firing line we will make sure you understand what you need to do. If you are new, it's best to forget about time to start with and shoot the stage deliberately, emphasizing accuracy and safe movement. You will be maneuvering around barricades and such as well as shooting on the move, so muzzle awareness is important - no matter what direction you are moving, the muzzle stays pointed downrange. You can download the IDPA rulebook at http://www.idpa.com/Documents/IDPARuleBook2005.pdf We run a cold range with a Safe gun handling area to uncase and holster your firearm. It will remain empty and holstered until you come to the firing line and are instructed to "load and make ready". Magazines can be loaded at any time. Match fees are $20 for IDPA and/or SJSC members; $25 for nonmembers. Yeah I live in a nice area... Well tomorrow is until 8pm and im guessing about 1:30 min to 2 hours coming back latest we should be back by 10pm... and also at that time, should be no traffic...

You can buy and ship all the parts to your house... EXCEPT THE LOWER RECEIVER.. this is the only this that would have to go to a FFL if no mistaken... thats the way i had to do it.
