New range in West Paterson/Woodland Park?
hmmjak replied to DevsAdvocate's topic in Ranges & Gun Shops
they said they're looking at a november 15 or earlier opening as long as the town gives the final ok. @tommy3rd i'm not sure how fast they will answer you here but if you have facebook and go to their facebook page they respond to those pretty quickly -
New here - waiting for FID - where to shoot in NW NJ?
hmmjak replied to rdsmith3's topic in New Firearms Owners Corner
as mentioned before all those restrictions only apply to semi-auto shotguns -
while they don't specifically say if it is a SBR or not, it does look like they're comparing it to the thompson a5 and the loopholes that jumped through i did find this showing the firearm in action. in the video and on their website they market it as a pistol edit: according to them under cali law it is defined as a pistol

H.R. 822 and now H.R. 2900
hmmjak replied to aguilar64's topic in Current New Jersey Gun Laws Discussion
you guys bring up possibilities of what this state would do if this passes but i think they would only apply to the residents of this state cause under H.R.822 they do have a section which i think addresses that issue -
