Central Jersey Rifle and Pistol Club? Anyone a member?
AS350Driver replied to gunnarsport's topic in Ranges & Gun Shops
The more I think about it and look at the pictures on their site, I think i'm in. The only hard part is going to be rearranging my work schedule in order to get to the required meetings. Well I am going to find a way, the prospect of getting off work at 11pm and then going shooting for a while is one I don't think I can pass up. Thanks for all the info guys, hope to see you out there. -
Central Jersey Rifle and Pistol Club? Anyone a member?
AS350Driver replied to gunnarsport's topic in Ranges & Gun Shops
Thanks Maks! CJRPC would be so much more convenient with my schedule. Just doing the math too 3 hours every other weekend at Dix plus membership is $294.00. Sounding more like a no brainer for me. -
Central Jersey Rifle and Pistol Club? Anyone a member?
AS350Driver replied to gunnarsport's topic in Ranges & Gun Shops
Question for you guys that are members of CJRPC. Is the $400 a one time fee? I've considered joining a couple times mainly because I work an odd shift and can only get to Ft. Dix every other weekend. I really would love to go in the morning before work. Looking at their website is a little confusing making me think it's like $600 a year. -

Bought something worthwhile at Bed Bath & Beyond
AS350Driver replied to Jon's topic in General Discussion
I'm doubting my Glock mags will stick. Besides I have a couple pistols hanging from my safe door now, with a couple more to come, gonna need a bigger safe. -
issues with lee challenger press
AS350Driver replied to Mr.Shoot_It_All's topic in Ammunition & Reloading
I have the same kit. What powder are you using? I've read that some powders don't do well with the perfect powder measure. I only reload rifle with this and have only used Varget and H322 and they both seem to do pretty well. Setting it up took a little bit of time, but once that was done it throws pretty consistently. Also if you haven't done it yet make sure you run a couple hoppers worth of powder through it. -

AS350Driver replied to Scottcba1's topic in Firearm Hobby / Sport Discussion
Ft. Dix Range 14 is closed on Mondays, not sure of others. -
Wow! you guys are awesome! On other forums i've been on, you rarely get any responses on the introduction page. As a new member I will do my best to keep up with this. Thank you all.

This story makes me think of what a coworker did so he could get a new phone. On a regular basis when talking to his wife he would hang up on her so he say his phone kept dropping calls. After a while this actually worked and he shows up with his new I-phone. Not saying you did the same thing, just that it made me think of that.

Newest member of my small collection, also my first 1911. Sorry for the crappy cell phone pic.

I'm kinda surprised the park does not at least tag these animals. Instead they give a lame story that they're not sure it's one of theirs?

S&W 15 22lr or a new handgun??
AS350Driver replied to 7-3-2's topic in Firearm Hobby / Sport Discussion
I picked up a 15-22 a year ago, and absolutely love this rifle. I usually always bring it with me to the range, because if I can't get a table on the rifle side at Ft. Dix I can always shoot this and my handguns on the pistol side. This thing has been flawless through 1k rounds, and it's just fun to shoot, as others have said. -
Thank you all for the warm welcome i'm sure i'll be around for a while.
