This does not surprise me a single bit.... We just came off a year long election that was run and won on the idea that you deserve other peoples money no matter the reason. If i were the parents i would sit back for a moment and think.... My child lived why is that??? Do i really want to mess with karma??? Sure i might win 10 million dollars but i might end up with 12 million in medical expenses... What is this kids emotional trama really worth maybe at most 5 years of paid psychologists or therapy. Just goes to show you how this country has become a population of scum. I'm waiting for the suit that claims a child has their arm injured when a teacher was covering him or her up and they sue the teacher personally. Nothing pisses off most regular folks then seeing shit like this....

Were talking about the Ban not long term future rulings. No matter that the SC would think or say, the politicians still need to begin the debate and if the debate is dead in the water then i think were good.

My feelings on the gun ban is it wont pass muster. Maybe at worse a national ban on 30 round mags or something similar to a NJ law (Lite version).... Republicans will not vote on a ban (except maybe a few rhinos). Most dems will. But those few democrats in the Midwest and south who's constituents have be brought up with guns and its part of the culture of hunting and sport shooting cant vote for a ban with out basically throwing themselves on the sword.

Hey, Not sure if i'm the only one attracting crazy people during this AR panic. I have had an Ruger sr22 pistol on gun broker for sometime, got an email asking me if this is an AR pistol. Now if you look at the photo its a tiny pistol nothing remotely close to anything AR at all..... Are people just blinded by the panic or is this just a case of those who never saw an AR hear about a ban and now feel the need to own one. WTF. BTW got a phone call yesterday from Texas asking me if i had any AR's... TEXAS????? Are you serious... If Texas is calling New Jersey for AR's we really are in a world of shit!

Exactly. Good stuff for a mid priced AR. i assume its the same quality as a bushmaster. The company has a great story behind it also.. The owner sold bushmaster. new owners were going to move the factory to a new state. old owner stepped in and reopened as "wind" as to not have his old employees left in the dust. that's a quick rendition of the event... i have respect for wind!

I know the NJSP uses civilians for allot of firearms record keeping as so does the local PD's. This is far from a LEO issue.
