  1. Since we are not near any of the buses, some of us have talked and decided to group together at the Lindenwold train station and head up together as a group. I hope you can join us! Please share with other locals and lets get a good size group to show the support from our region! If another train station is closer to you, go ahead and board around the same time (8am) and look for us at the Camden station. I'll be wearing my NRA hat, I encourage others to do the same so we can identify each other. February 8th! Camden/Gloucester County 2A Rally Group Meet at Lindenwold Station at 8AM, parking $1.00 Travel to Walter Rand Station, Fare $1.60, Transit time 17 mins. Board Riverline to Trenton (trains run every half hour), Fare $1.50, Transit time 58 mins. Arrive at Trenton Transit Center. 20 minute, .9 mile walk to the Capital building. Walk North on S. Clinton Ave. Left onto E. State Street Straight ahead to State House
  2. Done. 7am Wednesday and its 75% in our favor. Keep it going!
  3. OMG.... NRA, NFA, NJ, EO, BATFE, FFL, OEM, F/A, WWII, 2A, AWB, DC, AK, IRA, AR, FA, MG, DD, SBR, AOW.... I've finally found the acronym forum that I've always been searching for !!!!!! ROFLMAO!
  4. I'm looking for a ride from the SJ Deptford/Blackwood area... anyone willing to let me schlep along???? I'm good for gas money.... PM me if you're willing.
  5. Honestly, did anyone really think either side would actually agree on ANYTHING or that the NRA would actually be heard???? This was a sham from the start. The NRA had to be invited to show "fairness", the NRA had to accept to show "willingness" to discuss the problems, but no comprimise was ever a possibilty. Reality time people, we're soon going to find out who really rules the nation, and very soon.... and I really don't know at this point, I'm just praying that my money spent to support the NRA has more power than the clueless idots that are going to push the new anti-gun agenda. God help us all....
  6. So, I'm sure I'm not the first person to ask, but what local/national bussineses are known anti-NRA-2nd-admendment??? The reason I ask is this (and I'm sure I'm not the first to think of this idea)..... If I get the NRA Visa card, a portion of the processing fees, or licensing rights, or whatever... go to the NRA, right? They promote that $20 million has aleardybeen raised from it... so.. however...whatever.... The bottom line, if we identify the non-NRA-2nd-Admendment companies, buy goods and services from them if really needed with this NRA credit card, (or just for spite!) doesn't that mean that we're FORCING these "ANTI" establishments to feed money to the NRA anyway???? Man, there must be no better way to piss these establisments off that by do this, and doing it often.... what do you think??? Should we force them do the the very thing that they oppose just by the means of their own business choices acceptng just any Visa/MC on earth??? I say, YYYYEEESSS!!! I'm not gonna post a link, just do a search for NRA credit card and be sure to get the right one in NE. You know, where all the good mail-order frozen steaks come from..... Lets do it, and lets grow the NRA though their ignorance!
  7. Well, I always see the quote on this forum that says "if theres no pics, it didn't happen". Well, here you are... if I don't see VIDEO of this cluster F**K, it DIDN'T happen!
  8. Damn... my wife is a packin', so I'm a squeezin' right now... I didn't know it was this serious...
  9. What are you talking about "alias"? I just changed my name this past year, there is NOTHING that I have to reference as being someone with my old name. It's done, over with, that name is history and I surely did NOT have as good a reason you do... Yeah, it sucks and its a lot of followup to notify everyone, but I'm loving it. Let that poor bastard have the name and all the problems associated with it. I even got my FID and P2P's after just 2 months of changing my name! Free yourself from the burden, it may be affecting more than just voting, but you just don't know about it... What if this dude becomes a sex offender and then those vigilante groups come looking for YOU to harass??? If you want details on how to do it, feel free to PM me. BTW, I voted today with no problem, they even told me when I reached for my wallet that no I.D. or voter registration card was necessary...
  10. I just received my sample ballot and was wondering if anyone has researched the best gun rights candidates for the NJ districts? Is there a list posted anywhere? Shame on me for not researching myself, but I honestly haven't voted in over a decade and only decided to get involved again when I became a firearms owner for the first time this year....
  11. Paul, give the poor dude a discount. Because, ya know, apparently he has a wooden toe and all...
  12. Uhhh, yep, that would be me, one purchase done and 2 more permits in hand...
  13. Famous is just awesome, I love the Rocky Patel "seconds" that they sell. I've always enjoyed most everything that I do while also smoking a cigar, since I'm a new gun owner, I can't wait for the first outdoor shoot with a cigar!
  14. I just purchased my first firearm, but was already thinking of names because I'm a former musician who always used to name all of my guitars... there is Old Yeller, Crack Whore, Virginia, Wayne and numerous others. So now its onto guns, but I haven't decided on a method for naming these things yet...
  15. You could just have some fun with them... go to Walmart, buy a water pistol and insist to the cashier that NJ State law requires this form to be filled out for ALL hand gun purchases... Of course, you'd have to video it for youtube...
  16. My PD didn't need the reciept, but I was told by Morphotrac that I should keep it in case there was any problem. But even though the PD claimed that they did not receive my prints, I still didn't need it to get them to re-request the missing prints. But I still keep it with all of my firearms related documents... yes, my name is Jon and I AM a pack rat!!!
  17. 1. Application type (FID/permit w/ existing FID) Initial Firearms I.D. + 1 Pistol Purchase Permit 2. Police Department where you applied. Gloucester Township Police Department 3. Name of the person you dealt with at the PD. Unknown Female Officer 4. Time taken to issue FID and/or permit. 101 days 5. Documents required by the PD (aside from the standard application and the mental health release form). I downloaded the NJSP forms, filled them out and took them to the PD but was told that they had their "own" package, which turned out to be the very same forms that had been recopied about 1000 times... and don't you dare use BLUE ink, its apparently fordidden, even though it doesn't state that anywhere on the forms. 6. Notes - anything pertaining to the application process. My wife received her FID and P2P 2 weeks earlier than mine, they claimed that "my" finger prints were never received and had to request them again. They told my employer when they called that I was applying for hand gun permits and asked my employer how they personaly feel about gun ownership... (strange time to be conducting a personal poll on the subject) also took our "mug shots" right there in the police station in front of our daughter... talk about feeling like a criminal just to exercise a Constitutional Right.. WOW! Glad I'm not treated like that when I exercise my 1st admendment rights....
  18. She was about 20, I am 44 and married for 20+ years, I could only think of dozens of other things that I would offer to do with her before shooting ever came to mind...
  19. I went to Staples yesterday to have my newly aquired FID card laminated. The girl working at the copy center said that they are getting so many people coming in to laminate these cards and she wanted to know why! She started to ask questions about the process and seemed as if this increase was getting her interested in the idea of doing it herself... I thought that was great.
  20. I get the impression that they respect people trying to protect money and jewlery more than your own life, so, I'd say you might have a chance!
  21. She looks like a cast member from Jersey Shore! This story is national now, so of course everyone else in the USA thinks that we all look like this in NJ... just great...

    My new Handgun

Yeah, Paul rocks! Just picked up a Taurus Judge for my wife on Thursday and also got to feel-up (sorry ladies) my Ruger that Paul was able to procure despite the the shortages and all with Ruger product orders these days....(hopefully P2P will be ready this week) That M&P is sweet... Did you special order it or buy it out of Paul's stock? He has a great selection and I was already eyeing some handguns in the display case that I can use my other 2 P2P's for....
  23. My local PD photographed my wife and I when we first applied for our FID's 2 months ago, right in front of our 5 yr old daughter... (oh, the questions that followed...) Right there in the "mug-shot" room, next to the criminal in the jail cell next to us with his wonderful "smell" of piss and all... so, are you sure that the photo's were illegal??? That would make 3 laws broken during our process from what I've read.... funny, I still haven't broken a single law in my life (well, I did have 2 traffic tickets in 44 years), but they've broken 3 laws in just 2 months just to find out that I've never broken a single ONE???? I LOVE NJ !!!!!
  24. Does anyone know why the target number was raised from the original 10,000 to 15,000 now?
