  1. What not to say to a cop at a traffic cop.... TAG! YOURE IT! VRRROOOOOOOOMMMM!!!
  2. LoL.. I love the resistance to change. +1 for progressive businesses and depts.
  3. So to repose the OP's question without citing specific example... do LEO's here find that their respective department administration have been pushing more to write a ticket rather than a warning to bolster revenue in these trying economic times?
  4. wow had no idea how much those rugers cost. nice looking shooter there
  5. and my response to her was to red the following article.. and remove the emotional rant stirred by the original article and read the facts as stated.. and not word-spun by some anti-cop v "gun-toting nut job" stance. This article seems to portray the facts in a less emotional sense and cut down to the meat and potatoes of the bill. http://www.reporter-times.com/stories/2012/03/04/state.841529.sto
  6. So after a lengthy debate on the issue on facebook, I decided to share with you the crap people are reading and take it as face value without looking any further into the matter. www.addictinginfo.com has published an article on their site exclaiming that "Indiana Assem. passes law that allows homeowners to kill cops" Then I proceed to tell said FB friend that the headline and article are biased and does not give the right to a homeowner to kill a cop, but moreso to protect the homeowner from illegal entry to your home without legal justification. While I agree this does create some confusion to the ill informed homeowner as to what is justifiable, this article does EVERYTHING to confuse a resident of indiana over his or her rights under this bill... Who is doing the injustice to the people?? Shitbags that write biased slanted pieces or crap-erature like this. grab some popcorn and enjoy... http://www.addicting...olice-officers/
  7. I wonder what the native americans thought about christianity 300 yrs ago? The only thing about the muslim culture I disagree with is the radical defense of their god and prophet. This is not ALL muslims belief that if you insult their god you should die by their hand, but those extremists are enough to make anyone question the religion's civility. I see this video as only a little informative given the statistics given from the past, but im sure they dont take into account children born into muslim homes that may not practice the religion (just as other religious families -christian/jewish- alike) Looking towards the future I would rather strive for greater acceptance of peoples choice to practice or not, and tolerance against those who feel your religion is not the all mighty word for the rest of the world. Pray in a mosque but do not blow up a school, pray in a church but do not picket war heroes funerals, chose not to practice but do not burn a church or paint swastikas on a temple door. What we need is more tolerance on all sides of the fence from different religions.
  8. Im sure that is probably the case vlad... WIthout actually being there... I can probably assure you that someone in the station has bought tp for their men and the police have a place to write their reports while on doody Im sure the article was written to drive home a point that trenton is as dysfunctional of as city as they come in NJ. Now for public restrooms within the city's halls... I can expect with almost certainty they will remain without toilet paper to show the public that the council continues to drop the ball. I wouldnt let me union pony up for tp for the public to use because my bosses cant do their job. Let them get wrung out by the public because they are not doing what theyre supposed to.
  9. I remember how big of a deal Brick was to get the on Rt 70.. I had no idea so many cropped up in the past two years. I reitterate my previous statement.. play it to me straight.. its about revenue and not safety. If you say its not about the revenue YOURE LIEING! Use the funds to break even and donate the remaining money to M.A.D.D. then.
  10. I was given the discount on tuesday. Perhaps an ill informed employee? Im sure theylll hop on and clarify either way
  11. Yeah it has the side pin too.. just making sure i wasnt the only one. Just a matter of a new design Thanks for the input
  12. Quite possible.. im just not sure why ive never seen in on another 226 pic before. From what ive seen n complete breakdown vids the pin on the side of the slide holds the assy. in, and a vertical pin holds it in place but does not go through the slide revealing itself to the exterior.
  13. So I have not seen this on any other p226 ive seen on the net. Is this a roll pin or a port for the striker pin assy? I cant find another pic that mirrors having a hole on top of the slide for a 226 and there doesnt seem to be any mention on the parts diagram. thx = )
