Just an update. I just left a voice message with their sales department explaining that a thread was started on here and what we were hoping for. I gave them my name and number to call me back. Soon as I hear something I will let you know. Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk

They posted on their Facebook page yesterday. I'm about to walk in to physical therapy. I'll call them when I get out and post when I get off the phone. Gonna aim for at least a coupon code Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk

How to deal with a PITA family member?
brocglock23 replied to magnawing's topic in General Discussion
I would say go legal and make your father proud. If everything was good between you and your father at the time of his passing then I'd imagine he would like you to have some of his guns. Do it now before it is too late. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk -
"the gun box" - New safe storage concept
brocglock23 replied to dwamp2006's topic in Firearm Hobby / Sport Discussion
I know they already have created smart guns. What I'm saying is there has been strong opposition from the gun community saying "no way" to these "smart gun". Buying these safes would be hypocritical on our part. If we buy these safes, we will be saying we support the technology and trust it in securing our arms indirectly. I believe that would be the push our government would need to create laws in actually requiring RFID technology built into our weapons directly. I hope I was more clear this time. Accepting this technology in safes does not help us. -

On a side note and just my opinion...... Say we flock to the store to buy these RFID safes. The sales are astronomical and all the gun boards on the internet talk about how great these are and how we would bet our lives on these securing our weapons and being able to access them quickly. Well, next thing you know our country's wonderful lawmakers are trolling the boards saying if you secure your guns this way why not just build it into the gun also. Now we just opened the doors and sealed our fate by supporting and buying these safes. -

This seems to me almost like smart gun technology. Are you willing to bet your life on this at 2am in the morning? Don't get me wrong, seems cool as hell but I think I would rely more on a biometric safe with my finger prints scanned 120 times then this. I can lose the RFID chip but if I lose my fingers I'm going to assume I have bigger problems that a gun won't solve. -
Utah CCW - carrying / transporting to PA
brocglock23 replied to OchoBlue's topic in Current New Jersey Gun Laws Discussion
FWIW.... For apartment dwellers. NJ has necessary deviation. While it is unclear what is considered necessary a good argument can be made that walking from your apartment to your car with a cased unloaded firearm is necessary for you to make a trip via vehicle. And then as long as you are going to an exempt place or out of state then why worry? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk -
Williamstown. No snow. Just heavy rain melting the snow we had. Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk

Cabelas has a Lee classic on sale for 130. Dies are about 35-50 bucks. Get a caliper. Then you use your saved brass. All u need is primers, bullets and powder. I just ordered this on line and I'm expecting it this week and hopefully trying it out this weekend. I'm a newbie. Keeping my fingers crossed. Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk

I'll solve your problem right here. Go on amazon and get 2 nanovaults. They are like 25 bucks each. Put the gun in one. The magazine in the other. Put them out of view if you please and open at the first red light you hit. Good enough??? -
How many people want to give up cigarettes or cigars??
brocglock23 replied to hd2000fxdl's topic in General Discussion
Chantix and 2 kids will do it. I used it for about a 1.5 months and I tried smoking about a month into it and my god.... Wow. I put it out after one drag and haven't even thought about smoking since then. Been a year and 4 months since my last cigarette. Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk -
Just an FYI on the stolen firearms: 2C:58-19 Report of loss, theft of firearm within 36 hours; violations, penalties. 1. Obviously you're an expert on knee injuries so I won't complain too much.. 12/6/2013 I had ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair on my left knee. The IV sucked. The pain meds made me feel like poop so I stopped taking them after 4 days and all this god damn ice has been a pain in the balls. PT is going well and hoping to get back to work soon. Hopefully you don't have to go through all that stuff again for the 3rd? time. Well I'm done complaining and I feel for ya. I hope it 's just a sprain. Let us know.

nothing for nothing... I appreciate that your a vendor and I hear you have great mags and fair pricing but it's an easy position for you to say don't boycott an ffl in NJ. Two reasons. 1- maybe that ffl buys from you so you would lose business also and 2- you don't have to put your rifles in a aw book from the comfort of Missouri?? Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk

Yeah....... no......... completely missed that. I'd be lying if I said I noticed.

I swung in there about a month ago. Fantastic store, good selection. Didn't catch a name but the guy behind the counter was nice, pleasant and somewhat comically. Prices seemed fair. I would go back for a purchase in the future.

I would buy 3! ok..... maybe 2 or just 1. I don't know. Just find a private sale as I suggested.

by a lower in a private sale and go from there. You don't want to buy something that will be logged in a book.
