When making my upper compliant, what part of the bayo lug needs to be removed? The lug that protrudes forward? the ears to the left and right or just cut the whole thing off right at the bottom off the sight clamp?

Yeah thats one version, theres also ones that look like a standard valve stem but has a larger metal collar under the threads.

Good quality, although barrel isn't chrome lined. Flash suppressor and bayo lug need to be removed, and brake or comp pinned and welded on.... I just got my upper yesterday from PSA which I ordered wed. last week during the big BF sales, so shipping speed was great.

nj law states "threaded barrel" it doesn't say where it has to be threaded. so I would have to say no
