I just picked up my permits today and was told they are now good for 180 days with no extensions after that. The expiration dare on the permits also concur . The permits are now the size of a full sheet of paper instead of the half sheet before.

Thank You for the input guys. They say you learn something new every day and this is no exception. The rounds i loaded are for my Hi-Point 9mm carbine.

i accidentally used rifle primers instead of pistol primers. will these be ok to use or should i not use them. They are 9mm with 122gr cast bullets and 4.7gr of powder.

They worked great in my Sig Mosquito as well. I tried American Eagle in it and every other round I had a problem. Back to the Rems and zero problems. The AE was high velocity like they recommended. I will stick with the golden bullets especially for the money and ease of getting them .

I finally got a chance to take mine to the range today. I had nothing but problems with the 5 round mag.It would not feed at all. I wound up single feeding 60 rounds threw it with the only other problem of the screws on the top rail for the scope coming loose. A little lock tight should cure that. I got the gun home and cleaned it and in the process I decided to put a little G96 cleaner in the mag . I then tried cycling rounds threw the mag and it worked fine. I have still not received my 10 round mag. It was still a fun day at the range despite the mag issues. The recoil was much less with the built in butt pad and the chin rest worked out very well. All in all I'm pleased.

Here is the new mount. It isn't pretty but is quite functional. The screws aren't centered do to the spaces in the stock.
