I don't even see why we should have to do this part Plaintiffs Rogers is an ordinary, law-abiding citizen of New Jersey who wishes to carry firearms outside the home for the purpose of self-defense. He has passed all required background checks, completed all required firearm training courses, and met every other qualification imposed by New Jersey on the eligibility for a permit to carry firearms in public— Either we have a right, or we don't.

Imagine a toy store like this in NJ...

You have to do that, it would be great. Then, also set up a fake YELP review site. -
This thread is 4 pages long, I'm surprised there's not a picture of a bunny with a pancake on it's head by now.

Credit card companies have next to ZERO risk. There are a million different things that the merchant agrees to check, and if the company misses one, they get to eat the charge back. I do mostly internet and telephone order, and it is years between losses, and have never had the credit card companies absorb a loss. And even given this level of risk, they get 3-4% of the gross amount.

If you want to get pissed off at costs, look at Credit Card companies. They make as much as 4% on a sale, with no risk, and no investment in inventory. The state helps themselves to a 6% profit, with no investment in the business.

NRA and New Jersey, finally!
Fred2 replied to Ray Ray's topic in Current New Jersey Gun Laws Discussion
I get the feeling that this video was not made to help NJ, but rather to use us as an example of what can happen when you don't support the NRA, and National Reciprocity. -

You are talking about people that don't know a clip from a magazine nor an adjustable stock from a telescoping stock. Not to mention the foldy thing that goes up -

I tried to post an image, the site says it is too big. I think keeping jail time to a minimum is the way I want to go. -
Old Belgian 12 ga side by side Shotgun
Fred2 replied to Fred2's topic in Firearm Hobby / Sport Discussion
I just found another wall hanger that needs loving care. It's an old Henry Arms side by side with a 30 inch barrels. Similar condition. Cheap if someone wants them. So.......... If we are going to redeem them at a gun buyback, are they worth more if they are "sawn off" ? -
It looks like UPS will work, They also offer this..... For an additional $5.25 per package, UPS will not only require your recipient's signature for delivery, but UPS will also ensure the recipient is at least 21 years of age. This feature allows for added peace of mind because you know your package is arriving with the appropriate audience. For this service, you can also go online to view the recipient's signature or view an electronic acknowledgement of the receipt.

I am usually on the other side of the coin, and not on the outgoing side. Does any one know what the deal is in shipping ammo? I have some old and odd stuff that I need to sell, and want to know what is involved prior to putting it up for sale. So far, I have found some .32 Rimfire, 6.5 Jap, and some .45 Auto in the original packaging from 1918. Quantities are usually just a box or two. There are also more odd calibers, that I am sure will show up.

Old Belgian 12 ga side by side Shotgun

I looked in the big gun book, and could not even find Mears as a manufacturer. I was able to find some via google, and they did not seem to be worth much. I'm thinking it may be worth more at a "Gun Buyback" than on the open market. You guys seem to be backing that up. -
I have an old Mears 12ga shotgun, and am trying to figure out what is worth. The stock is cracked, and the right side barrel has a dent, and the hammer doesn't hold back. Any thoughts?

It's a $100 ticket for a radar detector, vs $1000 for speeding. I'll take the detector ticket all day long. -

We should forward this news item to the Senators from Florida, to get them on board with national reciprocity. -
Buy it from me! I have about 60+ lbs of 45 brass, as well as a bunch of stuff for a Garand. I also have stuff for a .38 special. Empty 12 ga shotgun stuff. Lead shot for reloading. As well as bullets, primers, powder, reloading presses, dies,

Cases like this should be forwarded to the Senators that are voting against national reciprocity.
