I also just found this one too... http://www.impactguns.com/ruger-1022-50th-anniversary-collectors-series-22lr-185in-fiber-optic-sight-anniversary-markings-comm.aspx Basically $10 more because of shipping but it states it comes with 3 mags. Usually only comes with ones correct? At that point the $10 may be worth the extra 2 mags?
-
Except for the one scratch on the trigger guard I showed you, not a blemish on the rest of it that I've seen.
-
Yes the PSP has the bottom mag release. Mine was never imported, no import marks on it. The old man who originally purchased I believe was on military assignment in Germany back in the 80's and bought it there brand new and brought it back to the states, from what I was told at least. Highly doubt it even has many rounds through it.

HAHA I took it with my S5, you would think it would've come out better. But, no there isn't a filter on it unless it's accidentally set in my phone settings....which is possible. I only work for a cell phone company, doesn't mean I really care or do anything with my cell phones.

Not the greatest picture and I have fingerprints on the knife lol but it's good enough for now

This is how I have it now. I got new HK knife and an extra mag over the holidays/my birthday. Anyone have a link to a nice H&K Handgun case? I saw a few on ebay a few months ago but when I look a couple weeks ago I didn't see any.

I PM'd both Hackettstown and Andover, so I'm good on that part. Anyone know anything specifically about the online retailer? I've read a few reviews online, mostly good but a few about them taking the money and not shipping the item either "on time" or didn't have order in their system. The few complaints I've seen are lack of customer service and being able to contact them.

I'm interested in a 50th anniversary edition Ruger 10/22. I see that centerfireguns.com has them available for 218.00 with free shipping. http://www.centerfireguns.com/ruger-10-22-22lr-collector-10r-blk-21105.html I wanted to originally order it from Palmetto State Armory but they are currently out of stock. They had them for $199.99 plus just under $15 shipping. http://palmettostatearmory.com/index.php/firearms/rifles/ruger/ruger-10-22-50th-aniv-collectors-edition.html Basically close enough in price but I'm not as familiar with centerfireguns.com as I am with Palmetto. Any feedback would be great. Also, they don't have Andover Hunt and Fish listed as an FFL, it's still listed as the old name of YOJ Sports and their license is not on file. They do however have Hackettstown Guns and Ammo listed with their license on file. Does anyone off hand know their transfer fee? If I decide to order I'll call Hackettstown first if no one knows. I'd rather go through Andover since I've dealt with them in the past. I assume I'd have to contact both Andover and centerfire to figure that part out. Thanks!

That's actually what the LEO told me. He said, since hallow points are illegal, get those. That's what he carries for SD/HD. Not horribly priced too considering you really don't plan on going to the range with them

I also have Hornady Critical Duty in all mags, which was recommended by a LEO.

HAHA Good to know all is good. I pretty much figured all was good and you'd be fine from the beginning. Was a fun thread to follow and I hope you enjoy your new handgun! -

Anyone even a little bit curious why the OP hasn't responded since transfer was supposed to happen? -
Should be great group while looking for new stuff. I'm not looking to sell, but glad it seems really active with sellers. Good for me as a buyer!

I'm in, thanks!

Well...that's kinda nice. Think I may like one

If you're looking into a safe that will keep your handgun accessible in case of a break in, then IDK many wall safes that would apply to that. Look into a quick access safe. I would think most would suggest something along the lines of this, that can be mounted to an appropriate place so it can't be easily be found or taken. http://www.sentrysafe.com/HDC/Quick_Access_Pistol_Safe

Welcome! Best advice I can give you is read, read, read...as much as you can on these forums and listen to the ones that obviously know the best. A lot of great info here and never be afraid to ask. GL on your first firearm purchase, whatever it may be.

Great job! Very cool adaptation of a Craftsman cabinet!
