So NJSP. PD mailed me saying its ready for pickup. Mail date says 2/10/16. They will be closed until Tuesday so I'm assuming issue date was prior to 2/10/16 from NJSP.

Does the 90 days start when the permits are printed from njsp or when you pick it up from the PD?

More of a reason why it should not be called gun show loop hole. You can do face to face with a private sale anywhere. Hell, you can conduct that at a police parking lot. I'd much rather have it coined as police parking lot loophole than gun show loophole. Very misleading.

Yeah but I also stated the reason why I chose those 3. G26 primarily because I seem to shoot well with glocks and I like its double stack capacity. Reason why is because of this video But you know..shot placement > mag capacity. Hence this thread because I am unsure. I'd like to hear peoples thoughts and opinions. I work in a hospital. Seems a lot of the EMS that stop by the ER wants to go through the RN route. Also got a friend who is an EMS wanting to go back to Nursing school. Guess thats one option. End goal for medical profession is obviously Doctorates in Medicine. CNA/CMA EMS/EMT/Paramedic RN NP/PA MD/DO

Private sales can occur in and out of gun shows. It can occur right outside of the police departments parking lot. So really that term "Gun Show Loophole" should not exist period. Really we should call it "Police parking lot loophole"

Good video for the people who are uneducated about gun laws. Suggest to post this video on facebook and other social media to spread it as much as we can. Should prevent all this gunshow loophole talk from spreading.
