love a 1911 although I only 1 and will probably get a commander at some point. Other than my 686, I'm most accurate with the 1911. the thing with a 1911 is you don't want tight tolerances and I think that is why some have issues. It's amazing that older 1911s are reliable and newer ones are less so, ever wonder why?

completely agree, I've begun not buying those brands. grendel and 6.8(had an lwrc and sold it) are interesting and great calibers. Inside of 300, 6.8 is the way to go in a free state as it's awesome out of short barrels. The grendel, due to better bc, is the cat's meow out to 6-700. I'd like a grendel but not enough of a market saturation and the cheapest ammo is $6/box wolf. if you reload, it's skys the limit

no the p-01 is different. It beat every handgun on the planet in reliability testing for nato. You want to talk about a great handgun, not sure how anyone can claim it over the p-01 with it's reliance on reliability, parts compatibility across cz lines, and accuracy. it's an uberweapon...oh and it's small!

I prefer the xds to the glock 43 and I already get more rounds in the mag plus I have the added grip safety which to me should be required on all ccw pistols. that said, for ccw, the ones I think are top 3 are cz-p01, xds, and Sig

correct, I bought some magtec 10 rounders. I was thinking of taping around the sights and using some white paint/wax. sights are very small, very low I don't mind it either, takes getting used to for sure and not optimal but it's not the end of the world either. The no flared magwell is more of a pain to be honest. It's a tight fit

lol I'll get some more pics but to be honest, the condition was rated VG and I agree. Not bad at all but the mag release seems odd not being used to the bottom style. Other than the sights and mag release, color me real pleased.

picked up my 92s and couldn't be happier. Stripped it and cleaned it and at first thought it might be pretty dirty but the barrel was clean, the rest of the handgun was clean. The only wear seems to be cosmetic from holster use but upon careful inspection, the pin, throat and barrel are outstanding.

he's not the problem, the reps that have lost their way are the problem. I didn't vote for Chris Smith cause he's a Rhino. When I said I wasn't voting for him at our Monmouth Cnty Rep dinner with him, people were shocked. I explained why, MOST AGREED! Rhinos are the issue, they no different than dems in my eyes
