its identical Assembly counterpart, A1282, which would revise procedures

for securing a permit to carry a handgun. I appreciate the opportunity

what;s Senator John A. Girgenti's rating though? it seems that may make a difference if it even gets to a vote. im not totally sure how it works though. would be nice to not feel so criminal driving to/from the range
