38 super loads for 1911.

what loads have you used in 38 super for the 1911.

just purchased 2 38 supers and this is what i started off with and had extremly good results.

 

rem 115 gr fmj .355 AA#2 5.7 gr cci sp win case AOL. 1.240

 

#2 is a very fast burning powder which i like because it burns clean has very low flash and is good for short barrels..it is also a spherical powder which dispenses very good does not jam or leak out of powder dispencer like flaked powders do and dispenses more accuratly for me.

 

I was thinking of trying A#5 and see what results i come up with #5 is a fast burning powder which would aslo be reloader friendly.
