All alone at cherry ridge (with pics)

I went to CR today at 9:30 am it was a balmy 26 degrees. Two guys were packing up as I setup. Fired 104 rounds. No ftf's on around 96 PMC ball 230 grain fmj. But had two ftf's and one failure to chamber out of eight win jhp's. Those JHP's sure do kick!

I have a new Kimber Raptor that still needs 150 more or so rounds to be broken in.

It is my third time firing a pistol and second with the 1911. I'm happy to say I hit the 15 yard target(shoot-N- see) more times then not. LOL!!!

But what I was wondering is where were you guys ??

No polar bears in the crowd. I did notice that PMC FMJ is much dirtier then Federal. I also included a pick of the target for advice. And as you can see I do need help with my shooting.On the lower target I was shooting at the top two targets. I am right handed and use the grip with my two thumbs pointing forward towards the target. I figure to get better when I get used to shooting and it warms up a little . Both made shake a little more then normal.

Thanks I plotted a few months before I bought it. Ran down to a gun shop.

He told me at least three months and $1500

So to Gun Broker I went got it from a store in Ohio at a discount to MSRP and here it is.
