As you may already know the legislation has been reintroduced in the 2010-2011 legislative session as Assembly bill A1384 and Senate bill S69. You will be pleased to know that I am one of the primary sponsors of Senate bill S69. Both you and I understand the great importance of this issue and the need to fight for its passage.

 

 

 

As always I appreciate your continued support as I work with my legislative colleagues to pass this and other much needed reforms.

ETA: Should be interesting to follow... it almost seems like there is something in the air that might bring about change-- on the other hand, probably not.
