If i converted my saiga and added a tasco 6 position adjustable stock would I need to pin the stock ??

If its semi auto I believe so.

 

As far as length is concerned, you can pin it to any length. Even all the way in you wont be less than 26"

the tapco stock is junk IMO...

 

a semiautomatic rifle with a pistol grip can not have a folding or collapsible stock and must be pinned..

 

if you are doing the rifle there are FAR better furniture choices out there over the tapco unit.. you should also move the FCG forward as the factory FCG is garbage IMO..
