MSaxatilus 1 Posted September 17, 2010 Hi Everyone, Does anyone know if it's legal for me to replace the stock on my Remmington 870 and replace with an aftermarket adjustable stock? How about a adjustable stock with a pistol grip? It is a pump, but I couldn't find anything to confirm or deny if we can do that or not. Thanks for the help guys. MSaxatilus 1 Posted September 17, 2010 Cool! Sad when your beaten down so badly that you just assume it's illegal in this state. MSax

Krdshrk 3,878 Posted September 17, 2010 Pump shotguns can have anything. Semi auto shotguns cannot.
coldsolderjoint 84 Posted September 18, 2010 minmimum length laws apply. 26" overall, 18 inch barrel, but other than that, pretty much anything goes
