C&R .22lr?

I found my little place in the C&R world and after shooting this weekend I wanted a little project for cheap .22 shooting. Any suggestions on a rifle similar to a nagant or Mauser (my favorite) that would satisfy me in .22?

 

I know nagants and mausers came in "training" versions but those are BIG bucks, and those Norinco mausers are scarce. I wouldn't mind buying a K98 stock and finding a barrel/bolt that fits the setup.

Great rifles, it is hard to beat an old Mossberg 22.
