Cost of handgun permits?

Hi,

 

Also, since this Robbinsville Detective apparently is not familiar with the permit policy, Im wondering if something else he told me is true or not.

 

He told me my FID card is good for life, and ONLY if I move to another NJ town, do I have to apply for new one.

 

Is this correct??

 

That IS mostly correct. If you move to another ADDRESS, your FID card would need to be updated, even if that address is within the same town.
