so am i correct to assume 30 days includes sundays as well?

 

can i buy another on the 30th day or the 31st?

 

lets say i bought i gun on march 19th, and my permits expire april 19th. can i buy on hte 3oth day or do i have to wait until the 31st day?

you can buy on day 1, then day 31, then day 61.

 

The day you buy is day one, thirty days after, you may buy another. Sundays count. Permits are good for 90 days, so the 91st day they would be expired

Just count 31 days since the day of your purchase and buy then. Another day after waiting for permits and then waiting to buy another pistol won't kill ya. I know it feels like the end of the world but trust me you will live.

Yeah i know i will live but my permits expire!!!!!! i hardly give a **** about waiting a day, i do give a **** about waiting another month or so for a new permit. But thank you for the BS comments!

You can get the permit extended even after it is already expired, and it will be valid again up to 180 days after the issue date. You shouldn't have to wait long for that.
