Slick 0 Posted April 9, 2011 I have a Winchester Model 12 (1950s) and a Remmington Model 14 that I would like to sell but need to find someone that can tell me the value. I don't know how they would score as far as condition. Does anyone know of someone in Northern New Jersey that does this and what do they charge for that service. tommy3rd 132 Posted April 9, 2011 If I'm not mistaken, there's some sort of a "Kelly blue book" for guns. Not sure how and where you can get it, but it exists.

Slick 0 Posted April 9, 2011 I have looked at the Blue Book but I cannot determine if it is 90% or 80% etc.
NJCK 5 Posted April 9, 2011 Yes, there is a Blue Book: https://store.bluebookinc.com/Firearms/Default.aspx Also their services: https://store.bluebookinc.com/Firearms/Appraisal.aspx For rarer firearms, you are better served by getting a qualified, independent and reputable appraisal from an established specialist in the field. There is a pretty good long-gun smith in Northern NJ that does appraisal work too, but I can't for the life of me recall his name... I will see if I can dig it up for you.
