Will Chiappa 1911-22 mags work with the "Ultimate Cliploader"?

I know it's a bit of a long shot (pun not intended), but I was wondering if anybody here knew whether the ultimate cliploader works with mags for the Chiappa 1911-22. I know it will work with most 10-shot .22 mags (with minor modifications), but google provides no answers about the 1911-22 specifically. Thanks in advance.

Chip I took the chance and bought it. it does not work with the chiappa mags. Maybe if you modify it but I didn't try. It was a waste of $25 for me. atleast I have 6 mags for it.

I've had one of these before and if the chiappa mags are the same thickness as a normal 1911 mag, then no, they'll never possibly work. A ruger/buckmark mag is like half the thickness so that alone wouldn't go.

Jon the magsare petty thin but they don't fit it. It is not a normal 1911 mag.he might be able to shave it down to fit but I don't see it as being an easy fix.

No loader I found that will work on it. They are not hard to load hold the button on the side down and you can drop them in.

butler creek is making a 22 version of the uplula loader called the baby lula. it fits these 22lr single stack mags and some of the smaller 25 and 32 cal centerfires so there are options if you absolutely assistance loading.

:icon_mrgreen:I have one of those Cliploader dinguses..my Mosquito mags wont fit it at all. If anyone wants it, let me know, while it's an excuse to buy a Ruger there are other things on the horizon now for me to get. PM me if anyone wants the cliploader.
