So our troops are in Afganistan and got shot at by Pakistannis in

Pakistan. When we defend ourselves by blowing the crap out of

the shooters, we apologize? WTF is wrong with our state department?

 

How about a letter that says

 

"Don't shoot at US troops and they won't kill you "

Pakistan is too important logistically and geographically to us. Stuff like this is done for the sake of not getting shut out by them entirely.

I'm new to this website. It gives me heart to read your opinions about our current state of affairs. It's a bit more complicated than that. Pakistan is a shakey ally in a part of the world where we have many enemies and few allies.

 

We could say "Don't shoot at US troops and they won't kill you " and they could say, "Get your troops off our border. And stay out of our air space."
