Quiet 22 ammo! No hearing protection required?

Has anyone tried this out?

I saw a youtube comparision & it does sound more quiet.

 

Muzzle velocity is kind of low.....will it cycle ok?

Have to try it. My GSG wants High Velocity 1200fps at least.

There are a lot different varieties of good, quiet, subsonic 22lr out there like this where its under the subsonic barrier, but not so anemic as to be ineffective at range (like CB's). Sadly stuff like this will not cycle semi-auto actions.

I have shot the short and long version of this round and I can tell you they are an absolute blast.

 

they will NOT cycle any automatics. but from an 18'' barrel all you really hear is the pin drop and the taret being hit.

 

Very very accurate with no drop to speak of up to the 25 yards i tested them to. and stil enough power to punch through a 2x4 with ease.
