Any insight on the reciprocity of other states permits being honored here?

I have ME, FL and UT just have to make it over the PA or DE Border.....

Click on "Permits Honored by State" at the top of the map.

 

Then, click on NJ.

 

NJ does not honor any other state's CCW permit system. Except, maybe, Illinois.

NJ is so anti gun, I doubt even a change in legislature would help. Even Christie, a Republican, thinks NJ gun law are fine the way they are. Things will get worse here, not better.

This is what pains me the most. When I continuously see people think that R=Pro-Gun and D=Anti. It's not an R or D thing; just look at Jeff Van Drew and Chris Christie. There are stereotypes and assumptions that can be made based on R vs. D, but, then, you know what they say about stereotypes and assumptions...

 

That being said, if we completely changed the NJ legislature, we could get a veto-proof bill passed to change CCW, no Governor signature required. Though, I do fear what else a legislative body with such similar agendas or beliefs would do.

If you do not have a CCW permit from the state you reside in CO, FL, ME, MI, NH and SC will not honor your non-resident ccw permit. For example many of us on here have a Florida non-resident ccw, and South Carolina will not honor your permit because you are not a resident of Florida.

You can carry in FL with your FL non-resident CCW. Florida obviously honor their own permit, they do not honor other non-resident.

Kinda scary some of you guys have permits and you don't even understand where you can and can't carry!!!
