Benelli sight question

I am planning to order a Benelli SuperNova Tactical and wanted to get the ghost ring sights for it. I assume I can order it that way from the factory? And if so, does that mean it doesn't come with the standard bead sight or would they package it with those as well? Are the sights easily swapped?

 

I've asked around and nobody seems to have it in stock, but one place I called said they could order it but don't know how long it's going to take to get it.
