You can try http://www.mtnarmory.com to see if they can get/make you a 30rd 5.45x39 mag blocked to 15rd. I got one from them two months ago for like $30 including shipping, so not cheap but they work. You can also try http://www.mississippiautoarms.com, I bought two Tapco 10rd 5.45x39 mags from them and they also work. I wouldn't be surprised if they're all out of stock by now though...
