Can I have a rifle shipped to a PA FFL?

I'm looking to buy a used rifle from SC. Can I have the owner ship to a PA FFL, and pick it up from there, or does it have to be shipped to a NJ FFL?

yes you can, as long as it is compliant or made so before you take it home...it will be cheaper to do that too...

I just went through this yesterday having a non NJ compilant rifle shipped to PA to Heritage. Then have them swap out the flash hider for a pinned and welded muzzle break. Then transfer it to me. They said they couldn't do that because they are not a Class 7 manufacturer and cannot do that work and the serial number tells the atf that it came with a flash hider. I never heard of crap like this!
