Long gun transfer to PA resident

I want to transfer a long gun that I own to my brother in law in PA. I know in PA, I show my FID and NJ DL, buy long gun, fill out COE & form 4473, go thru NICS check there and take said long gun home.

 

What is the process to transfer a long gun from a NJ resident to a PA resident?

Need to do the transfer at an ffl. Pa ffl is better as he would need a FID to buy from an nj ffl.

You can either meet him at PA ffl or ship to a ffl near him.

Cool, thanks for clarifying. I can drive it over and do the transfer at a FFL.
