So i had this question on my mind. Thinking back to hurricane Sandy; when i had my generator going i would have felt more comfortable if i had one of my weapons on me when i was trending to it or moving it around.

 

Am i allowed to carry (open or concealed) a gun on my property?

Yes. And if you own a business, you can carry open or concealed on your property as well.

 

Just don't be that guy. There is a difference between being the guy with a concealed gun when somebody comes to your house to pick up an item you sold on Craigslist and being the guy with a AR-15 on his shoulder.
