I was reading on the NY shooting forum and somebody clarified what it said.

 

It makes no sense at all. Really try to imagine how in the world a box of ammo is going to have each bullet serialized?!?

Heh. Go read the smart gun legislation that was passed years ago and is already on the books in NJ just WAITING for a smart gun to appear on the market... NJ legislators don't care about reality. We just make up shit that science and engineering hasn't invented yet.
