jds560 0 Posted March 6, 2013 I'm a novice when it comes to rifles. I have a Mauser and that's it. I love the G3. Is there a NJ legal clone of the gun?

woodentoe 14 Posted March 6, 2013 Me too. I held one a while back before I had my fid. I'd really love to have a clone of the L85/sa80 though. I know thy are notoriously shitty but just something I love about them.
dtown223 12 Posted March 6, 2013 I'm going to wait until (hopefully) the ptr-32 comes back into production, and try and grab one. Lots of changes this year around the house, so I'll have time to be patient & bank some $$$

jermz1987 243 Posted March 7, 2013 Great rifles, Heavy, but im a girly man. you can also look at the CETME which can sometimes be of questinable quality. The one I had up in the marketplace was the carbine versin with 16inch barrel. One of the great things about these rifles are that mags are around 3 bucks a pop. The 20 rounders anyway. jds560 0 Posted March 7, 2013 if i don't decide to build an m4 (since lowers are outrageously priced anyway) or a saiga, I think I'm going to buy this. Dunno about the .308 though.
jermz1987 243 Posted March 7, 2013 You can get the PTR-32 which looks the same as the PTR-91, Except that it is chamberd in 7.62x39.
