Need some advice. I want to send my handgun out for some trigger work. I'm only sending the frame,no slide or mag.

My question is can this be sent through the post office? Any help is greatly appreciated

No - Assuming that the frame is the serial numbered part. Only an FFL can send a handgun via USPS. You must use a common carrier - FedEx or UPS and they both require that it go overnight. You can figure appx $100 for a round trip. You can take it to an FFL and for a fee (plus whatever the postage is) they can send it. Often the fee + postage is less than if you ship it common carrier.
