Jerseyfirefighter 0 Posted September 9, 2013 I was in bob kislins the other day, and they have a .357/.38 rossi mares leg there in the case. I held it, thinking it should be something like the henry 45 mag mares leg. The gentleman there said you need a pistol permit for it. Is it worth it to apply for a P2P for that gun, total impulse buy, not really useful For anything, wouldnt buy it there either. Anyone have the Henry .45 mag i can shoot to try it out? I'd be Willing to barter some rounds, or shoot something I own if You want.

Pizza Bob 1,488 Posted September 9, 2013 I held it, thinking it should be something like the henry 45 mag mares leg. I think you mean either .44 Mag or .45 Colt. While there are some calibers nominally designated .45 Mag, I don't think Henry (or anyone) ever produced a mare's leg in that caliber. Adios, Pizza Bob
